As a Global Teir 1 automation company supplying automotive giants like Toyota and GM, Vuteqs online brand suffered from portraying their credibility. A leader in automation, Vuteq required their online brand to be as exciting and innovative as their company.
Through several onsite visits and interviews with key stakeholders, zfactor was able to learn about the proud culture throughout the giant company. Pride throughout their facilities for delivering the most innovative technology and solutions to their clients was evident throughout.
Their investment in their clients had them acting like a partner rather than a vendor.
The information architecture and wireframes were planned and created to deliver the the best UX prior to creating any visual designs or programming a line of code. Creative included full screen imagery of the vehicles they supply parts to, while references of “Partners in innovation” was branded throughout.
An internal HR Portal was also created, targeted to the employees of Vuteq. Used as a primary messaging and document portal, employees could log on to find out the latest company information, view pictures of employee events, and also access a numerous amount of employee forms and documents.
While the website was created on an open source, php based Content Management System, zfactor continues to help evolve the Vuteq online portal, and the online brand.
